Prohibited Listings

The following types of listings and content are strictly prohibited on Cevew Property:

• Fraudulent or Scam Listings — Any listing that is false, deceptive, or intended to defraud or mislead users.
• Fake Ownership Claims — Listings submitted by individuals who do not own the property and have no authorization to advertise it.

Fake or Fraudulent Listings

Duplicate Listings

We reserve the right to review, merge, edit, or remove duplicate listings at our discretion. If a property owner or agent has multiple similar properties (such as multiple units in the same building), each listing must clearly distinguish the specific unit and provide unique information relevant to that particular property.

Property Images and Copyright

All images and photographs submitted to Cevew Property for use in property listings must be:

• Genuine images of the actual property being listed.
• Owned by you or used with the express permission of the copyright holder.
• Free from watermarks, logos, or other branding not authorized by you.
• Appropriate for a public property listing platform.

You may not upload, submit, or use any image that:

Viewing Requests

Important: Cevew Property will never ask you to pay for a property viewing, to send money to an individual agent's personal account, or to make any payment to secure a listing. Commission or Referral Arrangements

Cevew Property is primarily a platform for discovering and connecting around property listings. We do not currently charge commission on property transactions or operate a referral fee program. However, we may introduce commission or referral arrangements in the future.

If and when such arrangements are introduced:

• The applicable commercial terms — including commission rates, referral fees, and payment obligations — will be clearly disclosed to all relevant parties.
